4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on our website. Key points include:
Cancellations more than 60 days before travel may receive a 90% refund, minus a non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations within 30–60 days may receive a 50% refund, subject to partner terms.
Cancellations less than 30 days or no-shows are typically non-refundable.

Service Quality: We strive to ensure high-quality experiences, but we’re not responsible for issues caused by third parties, such as delays, cancellations, or substandard services.
Personal Risk: Travel, especially activities like hiking or water sports, carries inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and must follow safety guidelines provided by guides or partners.
Injuries or Losses: ThaiChaba LLC is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses during your trip, except where caused by our direct negligence.
We recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover risks like medical emergencies, lost luggage, or trip interruptions.

In such cases, we’ll work with you to reschedule, offer credits, or provide partial refunds per our Refund Policy, but full refunds may not be possible if funds have been paid to non-refunded partners.
